Playing Fair

Okay, I'm not really back. Just stopping by for a quick little announcement...
I'd pretty much called it quits, done, finito on doing appearances in support of my book Lost in the Ivy. The last time was last year. Basically, my thinking was that it was time to move on.
But there was one place left where I wanted the chance to shop my book. And now, nearly two years after its release, I'm getting that opportunity.
I'll be signing copies of my book at the Chicago Tribune Printers Row Book Fair -the largest free outdoor literary event in the Midwest-on Saturday, June 9, from 2-4 PM, and on Sunday, June 10, from 4-6 PM. You can find me at the Chicago Writers Association table #271, which will be in the main block between Polk and Harrison. We'll be on the east side of Dearborn, closer to Polk (between tents AA and Z) and just north of the Kids Alley Stage. Click here to download a map of the fair.

Here I am on Sunday afternoon, after two tiring, but very fun days at the Printers Row Book Fair. (Photo courtesy of fellow CWA member and author Lynn Voedisch.)
